🔹 1. No Refunds on Subscriptions

     All payments made toward any subscription plan—whether for:

     Stock recommendations (short-term or long-term),

     Option trading signals,

     Stock Baskets across indices,sectors thematic.

     Unlisted shares research access,

     Or any bundled plan— are non-refundable.

     Once payment is successfully processed and access is granted to our WhatsApp or Telegram channel or delivery system, no refunds will be issued, either in full or in part.

🔹 2. Plan Transfers or Pauses

     In special cases (such as duplicate payments, medical emergencies, or inactive usage), we may offer:

     A pause in your subscription, or

     A transfer of your remaining subscription to a different plan or user (at our discretion).

     To request such consideration, please write to support@pptrade.in within 7 days of payment, along with your transaction details.

🔹 3. No Trial Period or Free Cancellation

Due to the nature of pre-researched financial content and trading alerts, we do not offer:

     Trial periods

     Cancellations after payment

     Partial refunds for early exits

     We encourage you to review our Plans & Features and FAQs thoroughly before making a purchase.

🔹 4. Payment Failures or Errors

     If you are charged but do not receive access within 24 hours:

     Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email

     Include your payment reference number, registered email, and phone number

     We will resolve such issues within 48 business hours

🔹 5. Legal Rights & Disputes

     By subscribing, you agree to this refund policy. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and subject to jurisdiction in Chennai.
